The Affordable Housing Consortium is an innovative and exciting network of independent affordable housing consultants working jointly to provide niche services specific to the multi-family affordable housing industry. Cathy Bowers is a real estate development consultant with extensive experience in the new development of apartment communities, and rehab of existing apartments. She has over 25 years of hands-on project management experience, including both market rate and affordable. She specializes in the design through construction completion phases. Projects typically span the San Francisco Bay & Sacramento Regions.
